Core Processing System Upgrade FAQs

 

General Questions

Why did CAMPUS USA Credit Union upgrade their core system?

The upgrade will help us operate more efficiently, improve our products and services, as well as allow us to develop and implement new products and services, to bring more value to your CAMPUS membership.

Do I need to order a new CAMPUS debit or credit card?

No, your CAMPUS ATM and Visa debit cards and credit cards will continue to work as usual after the upgrade.

Do I need to order new checks?

The upgrade will not impact our checks and you may continue to use your current supply. You do not need to notify merchants like PayPal or utility companies, like Duke Energy or Cox Cable.

 

Account Number Questions

Is my account number changing?

No, your CAMPUS account number(s) will not change. However, to allow for the addition of new products and services, you may notice a zero before or after your suffix number on your statement. This will not impact your account in any way. If you have any questions about your suffix number please ask any CAMPUS representative.

To set up a new Direct Deposit or Loan Payment, please use the ACH Account Number assigned to your deposit account or loan you are setting up. The ACH Account Number can be found by logging into CAMPUS Online Banking and clicking on one of your CAMPUS Accounts (checking, savings, loans, etc.); the ACH Account Number will be located in the gray bar at the top of the page. You may also call 800-367-6440 and press 5 during normal business for assistance identifying your ACH Account Number.

 

Direct Deposit, Automatic Payments, and Transfer Questions

Will my direct deposit or automatic payments continue to post after the upgrade?

The upgrade will not impact any direct deposits or automatic payments (ACH), including Social Security payments scheduled to post after upgrade weekend. You will continue to receive all direct deposits and automatic payments as usual, after October 2, 2017.

Will my automatic transfers between my CAMPUS accounts continue to post after the upgrade?

Yes, all automatic transfers will continue to post after the upgrade and there is no action required by you.

What number do I use to setup a new automatic loan payment or direct deposit on my account?

Use the ACH Account Number to setup automatic loan payments or direct deposit. To find your ACH Account Number, log into CAMPUS Online Banking and click on one of your CAMPUS Accounts (Checking, Savings, Loan, etc.). The ACH Account Number will be located in the gray bar at the top of the page. You may also call 800-367-6440 and press 5 during normal business hours for assistance identifying your ACH Account Number. 

 

Online and Mobile Banking Questions

Will the upgrade affect how I log in to Online and Mobile Banking?

No, you will log in just as you did prior to the upgrade. No action is required on your part.

Will I need to re-enter any of my bill pay information after the system upgrade?

No, no action is required on your part.

Will Quicken/Quickbooks/Mint work after the upgrade?

Yes, however, you will need to disconnect and reconnect your CAMPUS Accounts. Please visit www.campuscu.com/quicken for full instructions. 

  

Loan Questions

Will my automatic loan payment transfers continue to post after the upgrade?

Yes, your automatic loan payment transfer(s) will continue to post after the upgrade. If your payment is scheduled to occur automatically, there is no action required by you. Your loan payment is scheduled and will be made on time.
